The knowledge to write the document is already in your records. Athena ZTO writes it, and tells you when it cannot.
After an outage or before a change, engineers spend hours assembling a root-cause analysis, a method of procedure or a change request from runbooks, past incidents and ticket exports. Athena ZTO reads those records into a library on your own infrastructure. Ask for a document in plain language, choose its type and format, and Tycho drafts it from your library, scores its quality and improves it before it ships. When the quality falls short, it says so and marks the draft low-confidence rather than hiding the gap. People review, and using an external AI model needs a person's approval and a spend cap.
